Fitness
Kalo ikutan fitness, badan kita bisa jadi gede ga? gue lagi ikut program fitness n dalam programnya tuh ada angkat2 barbel. gue takut kalo bahu n tangan gue jadi sekasar cowok. Ada yang ikutan fitness ga? hasilnya gimana? perlu menjaga pola makan dengan extra?

fitnes lo jgn ikutan style nya cowok,gw jamin ga bakalan kekar tangannya..ga mungkin kan lo mau anagkat yang 6 kg/hari..
biasanya kalo cewek lebih santai latihannya..dan pola makan gw rasa perlu biar bisa jaga stamina lo dan kesehatan lo biar seimbang dengan trainning lo..

otot perempuan gak semudah cowok utk dibentuk. jadi fungsinya lebih kepada mengencangkan otot, bukan membentuk otot jd bergumpal2 kaya ade rai. angkat beban dipadu dgn aerobik oke lho..
kalau angkat beban gunakan aja beban yg gak terlalu berat. Pola angkatan bebannya itu jgn terlalu banyak misalnya
5 repetisi (pengulangan) = 1 repetisi 10 x angkat beban yg elo ulang sampe 5 repetisi.
dari repetisi 1 ke repetisi berikutnya give yerself a 5 minutes break/isitirahat.
banyak2 minum air putih selama ber-fitness ria ya supaya nggak dehidrasi.

bukannya udah ada thread fitness di sport, tp itu siiih campur yaaa.....
gw sendiri ikut program fitness nya campur sama aerobik, lumayan mulai keliatan hasil niiiiiih.....
tp biasanya siiiih klo baru ikut berat naik, tp nantinya mulai pembentukan otot.

jangan mengharapkan hasil yg instan alias latihan baru 3x tapi bagun tidur besoknya udah ngebayangin bodi jadi keren kayak saya.. eh, janet jackson ma'sudnya..

iya tuh...gua juga udah nge gym 2 taonan. yang penting loe rutin aja..jaga makanan loe. sama aja boong donk kalo udah cape2 tapi makanannya lemak2 mulu =p.
gw angkat beban kow tiap ari tapi gak gede tuh. rahasianya loe jgn angkat yg berat2. mulai dr barbel 3 kg trus naek ke 4, 5 ,6 ,7 kg. 7 kg pas deh buat cewe. 3x 10 set aja tiap hari. Jadi kenceng deh =). Lagian kan cowo2 yg berotot gitu selaen angkatnya berat2 plus minum protein en suplement2. Makanya gedee...

ce sih biasanya emang besar kok tangannya dibandingkan co (lebih berlemak), jadinya nggak usah panik.
angkat barbel juga bisa kok, tapi sebaiknya tanya ama instruktur dulu, mereka bakalan kasih tau, cara2 ngecilinnya.

kalo aerobic, ga pa pa deh kayaknya. dulu waktu gue di medan, tiap hari tuh. n nyokap gue dah 6 taon senam aerobic tiap hari. nyokap gue sehat2 aja tuh, langsing lagi. hehehe............
tapi gue aerobicnya cuman 20 menit, 40 menitnya buat yoga.
