Tips bulking
Mau nanya nih tentang bulking
gw rasa gw perlu bulking, karena mass yg gw dapet kecil (mungkin krn gw termasuk hard gainer)
Apa pola makan bulking sama aja ky normal? (jaga pola makan, konsumsi protein banyak, latihan beban)
Btw, gw baru mesen suplemen buat bulking (O* seri*us m*ss) yg ternyata mahal
tapi gw ngga terlalu ngandalin suplemen, gw pengennya lebih ke teratur di makan biasa
Kalo ada advise2 lain, tambahin ya

bulking artinya total kalori yg bro makan lbh dari kebutuhan kalori...
biasanya orang yg berada di fase "makan" memproduksi insulin yg otomatis membuat bro lbh anabolik....
pake gainer ide bagus untuk menaikkan intake kalori....
mumpung full kalori, hajar beban seberat mungkin....jangan sampe kurang tidur
smoga membantu

btw, mo tanya tentang masalah gainer
tdnya gw mau beli MJ, tapi pas ngeliat total fat-nya jadi serem
nah, di gainer yg ge dapet ini, untuk intake 1250 calories, dia pake 2 scoop kurang lebih 330an gram.
Buat gw itu excessive banget, apalagi dia butuh served 24oz air (skitar 750an ml).
Apa boleh pake cuma 1/2 scoop aja per serving?
Trus, apa minum gainer sama dengan cara minum whey? (setelah workout)

sama aja sih setelah workout. mengenai takaran persaji sesuaikan saja sama kebutuhan, kalo di rasa dari real food sudah cukup terpenuhi gak masalah 1/2 scoop, baiknya kebutuhan nutrisi kita maksimal 20% supplement 80% real food. karena pencernaan manusia didesain untuk makanan padat. kalau dirasa masih kurang bangun pagi di minum juga gak malasah, sembari menyiapkan sarapan

ngomongin soal bulking, kmaren baca dari artikelnya om denny
bulking kebanyakan orang punya pemikiran asal berat badan naik, padahal kalo berat badan naik, belom tentu masa otot yg naik, tapi kemungkinan bodyfat persentase naiknya lebih tinggi daripada masa otot itu sendiri
nah, bulking kan ga mungkin cuma naikin masa otot tanpa naikin lemak (karena kalorinya yang banyak)
pertanyaannya, darimana kita tau kalo yg naik itu masa otot kita? bukan BF kita?

bulkingnya clean bulking bro, makan tetep di jaga, cuma intake kalori aja yang ditingkatkan.
massa otot naik rata-rata 0,5-0,9/bulan (lupa baca dimana). jadi kalo 1 bulan nambah 4kg patut dicurigai 
tapi gak usah terlalu dipikirin, selama masih di batas normal <15% lanjut aja bulknya

gw agak susah makan banyak karena ga bisa makan cepet

menurut gw pribadi sih mending cardionya di pisah aja jgn di hari latihan. tujuannya bukan buat bakar lemak, tapi lebih ke mempertahankan metabolisme supaya tetap di level tertinggi

Karena gw juga ga mau kehilangan cardio (perut gw masih tergolong banyak lemaknya  )
rencana pengen bulking ketunda dulu neh, gara2 gigi gw lagi numbuh ujungnya, jadi ga nafsu makan...

sori baru bisa online lagi di forum
bulking kan memang akan ada excess kalori , supaya tubuh lbh anabolik pada fase tsb. Soal yg nambah fat atau muscle bisa dicek pake alat , biasanya disediain di gym2. cuman masalahnya gmn klo ga ada alat itu??beberapa orang berpendapat cek dari power, sampe ada istilah power=muscle
cuman mnrt gw ga usah pikirin, hajar yg keras di gym untuk merangsang pertumbuhan ototnya. Dari beberapa kasus yg pernah gw jumpai, orang yg sedang bulking lbh powerfull waktu di gym, n biasanya massa otot akan meningkat
abis gym gpp pake gainer, kan udah ada whey di dlmnya
semangat untuk bulkingnya bro faisal

gw udah jalanin bulking sebulanan, masa otot gw lumayan naik, berat badan juga naik jadi 71kg
klo lagi liburan di indo gini gw susah ngehindarin karbohidrat, udah dimasakin dirumah sama nyokap, ga enak kalo nolak
akhirnya gw makan dengan porsi dikit...
alhasil masa lemak gw juga naik neh
