aku bermimpi

tentang sebuah pohon
diatas bukit terjal
berdiri rapuh ditempa angin
sendiri .....
tanpa teman
tanpa sanak..
saat panas datang
kulitnya terbakar mentari
saat salju turun
ia menggigil...
sesekali terdengar isaknya
sayup tertiup angin..
hilang ditelan kelam..
hingga suatu saat
datang seekor burung
lelah dan ketakutan
sarangnya hancur
diterjang badai..
saat dilihatnya pohon itu
hinggaplah dia
lega melepas lelah
tubuh mungilnya aman
terlindung rimbun dedaunan
sang pohon tersentak
ini kali pertama
ia bersentuhan dengan kehidupan
dirasakannya setiap gerakan
nafas sang burung kecil
sesekali sang burung tertunduk
air matanya jatuh
perlahan....
menyentuh pucuk dedaunan
mengalir ke batang...
ranting..dan
akhirnya menyentuh tubuh sang pohon
menggetarkannya..
sang pohon merenung..
aku tahu perasaan itu..
aku tahu pedih itu..
aku tahu sakit itu..
aku tahu..kawan kecilku..
tumpahkan saja semuanya..
lepaskan saja semuanya..
biar menyatu..
dengan perihku..
sang pohon menggerakkan dahannya
membuai tubuh burung kecil..
burung kecil mulai terlena..
lelahnya menjadi raja..
sang pohon mengulurkan dedaunan
menaungi burung kecil
rantingnya menjaga
akhirnya burung kecil
tertidur..
damaipun datang..
sang pohon tersenyum
aku juga tahu damai itu
saat engkau tahu
engkau telah tiba
di persemayaman
saat engkau tahu
engkau aman..
engkau terjaga dengan baik
aku takut..
aku sedih..
aku sakit..
tapi saat itu..
aku juga tenang..
damai...

Distance and Darkness

a friendship once had
now is gone
lost in a void of darkness
the room is empty and warm
but yet it's still cold
we're here close together
but we're miles apart inside
inside is the distance
infinite miles of pain
outside is closeness
only feet away from Love
but the distance grows farther
a strange enchantment flowing
love still lingers
though it loses it's hold
the darkness grows deeper
